Legal
Terms & Conditions
ORION is free and public, and no payment is collected. These terms apply when you use iMpact’s website, the ORION workspace, or a demonstration.
Effective: 13 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are an agreement between you and iMpact (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). iMpact’s registered legal name, address, jurisdiction, company number, and tax details are pending verification and will be published before any paid offer opens. By continuing to use the free website or submitting a request, you agree to these interim website terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to smsaqib83@gmail.com.
2. ORION public workspace
ORION is iMpact’s flagship product and is still in development. Website demonstrations show a limited current capability or an expressly labelled design direction; they are not a generally available finished product.
The public ORION website workspace is free. There is no subscription, paid founding membership, or active checkout. Website actions are limited to iMpact pages; ORION cannot inspect other tabs, your browser, screen, local files, or accounts.
3. Payments
Payments are disabled. iMpact will not take payment until its legal identity details, policies, and live payment account have been verified and approved. Any future paid offer will have reviewed terms before checkout opens.
4. Permission to use the service
Subject to these Terms, iMpact grants you a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the website, demonstrations, and any early-access build made available to you. We retain ownership of ORION, the website, software, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical or access limits except where law expressly permits it.
- Keep account or access credentials confidential and provide accurate, current information.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, for spam, to infringe intellectual property, to distribute malware, to probe security, or to scrape or overload the service.
5. AI inputs, outputs, and acceptable use
You are responsible for your prompts, source material, and use of outputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable; verify them before relying on them. ORION is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
- Do not request or use outputs for illegal activity, malware, fraud, impersonation or harmful deepfakes, sexual abuse material, hateful abuse, evading safeguards, or violating another person’s rights.
- You retain rights you hold in your inputs. To the extent legally possible, you may use outputs generated for you, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
- You give iMpact the limited permission needed to host and process submitted material solely to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.
- We may filter or refuse requests, remove material, restrict access, and suspend repeat infringers. Rights holders can send a detailed takedown request to smsaqib83@gmail.com.
6. Availability and changes
The website, demonstrations, and development builds are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may change, pause, or discontinue development features. We will not present a planned capability as shipped.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete data as described in the Privacy Notice and as required by law.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed. iMpact is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us through Paddle during the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
9. General terms
Applicable law governs these Terms and disputes will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction over iMpact and the transaction, without removing mandatory consumer protections. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, or sale. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. We may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the new effective date. Material changes affecting a paid purchase will be communicated where reasonably possible.
