iMpact is the data controller for the contact, early-access, careers, demonstration, local ORION activity, and site-preference data described here. Registered legal name, address, jurisdiction, company number, and tax details are pending verification. Contact: smsaqib83@gmail.com.

• Contact and early access: name, email, enquiry type, optional message, selected plan interest, source page, and submission time.
• Careers: name, email, professional focus, optional links and note, source page, and submission time.
• Payments: checkout is disabled, so the current site does not collect payment or card data.
• Live planning demo: the task text you choose to submit and the generated response. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal data.
• Technical and preference data: language, theme, and optional ORION activity stored in your browser, plus limited operational/error information needed to keep the site reliable and secure.

• To answer enquiries, process requested early access, and provide demonstrations: steps requested before a contract and our legitimate interest in operating the service.
• No payment-processing purpose applies while checkout remains disabled.
• To receive open career interest: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To secure, diagnose, and improve the site: our legitimate interests in reliability, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• For optional marketing, if introduced later: only with consent. We currently do not add form submitters to a newsletter or advertising list.

We share only what is necessary with service providers supporting hosting, storage, email delivery, error diagnosis, and the hosted model used by the live demo. No payment data is sent because checkout is disabled. Professional advisers and public authorities may receive data when reasonably necessary or legally required.

We do not sell personal data and do not share form submissions with advertisers.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK or EEA. Where transfer rules apply, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism provided by the relevant service provider.

We keep contact and early-access records while the request remains relevant and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion or law requires longer retention. Open career expressions are kept for up to 12 months. Transaction records are retained for the period required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Operational records are kept only as long as needed for security and diagnosis.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing; and complain to your local data-protection authority. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and protected transmission where supported. No system is completely secure. The site and founding offer are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
